Shipping and returns

At Lashlux Dubai, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience, from placing your order to receiving your products. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains our delivery process, shipping timelines, and return/exchange procedures.

Shipping

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

 

UAE Shipping

  • Standard delivery within the UAE usually takes 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount.

 

GCC Shipping

  • We ship to GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipping fees for GCC deliveries are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

International Shipping

  • Currently, we primarily ship within the UAE and GCC. For international inquiries, please contact us at lashluxdubai@gmail.com

 

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched (if available).

  • Tracking allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

  • Lashlux Dubai is not liable for delays outside of our control.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Only items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like lash extensions or kits may not be eligible for return once opened.

Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
