UAE Shipping

Standard delivery within the UAE usually takes 1–3 business days.

GCC Shipping

We ship to GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping fees for GCC deliveries are calculated at checkout.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping

Tracking

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility

Only items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like lash extensions or kits may not be eligible for return once opened.
Process

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
